Official Rules
1. Must complete a KHFH/ Sportsman's Challenge donation receipt and submit to Southeast Christian Church donation reciept will be supplied by the Processor.
2. All donations must be submitted to one of the KHFH designated processors listed below. The donor does not have to pay the cost of processing when donating a deer at one of the locations listed below.
Note: During the busy times of hunting season some processors may reach capacity and be unable to accept deer donations

3. The hunter/donor must request this receipt from the processor. The donation receipt must have complete information and a confirmation number. Hunter will mail the receipt to:

4. Hunter receives 1 entry in the Sportsman's Challenge drawings for each deer donated. We encourage hunters to donate multiple deer for multiple chances to win.
5. Prizes will be awarded at the Southeast Christian Church Wild Game Feed on January 26, 2010. You do not have to be present to win. There will be prizes drawn at the Wild Game Feed that require attendance. The Sportsman's Challenge drawings are separate drawings from the Wild Game Feed drawings and Sportsman's Challenge drawings include only those prizes listed on the prizes section of the Sportsman's Challenge website.
6. Each prize drawing for the Sportsman's Challenge at the Southeast Christian Church Wild Game Feed will be drawn from the entire lot of deer donations received for the Challenge. Each deer donated entitles the Hunter to one entry. If a Hunter donates multiple deer he has multiple chances to be drawn for a prize.
